DINNER FOR GUESTS

Dinner for our accommodation guests is served in 'The Barn' or on warm summer evenings guests can choose to dine in the Lauder House Ruins.
We have an a la carte menu and dishes are freshly prepared using lacal ingredients when possible and 
fresh garden fruit and vegetables from the house garden.

Our specialties include our hot home smoked Aoraki Salmon with fresh salsa and lime aioli.
Crispy twice cooked pork belly with beetroot and lemon relish.
German plum cake with vanilla bean ice cream.
Apple and rhubarb with hazelnut crumble.

Our wine list is carefully selected featuring 'Alexandra Basin Wines of Gold'

Three Miners Riesling
Belle Rose
8 Ranges Pinot Gris

The wine list also includes House Wines chosen for both quality and value

WEDDINGS

Every wedding should reflect the style and personality of the bride and groom.
We love to help couples create their own unique occasion by discussing their ideas and preferences.
We can then present a proposal with a wedding menu to suit. We start with offering a $60 p.p. menu or an $80.00 p.p. menu.
Venue Hire is $1,000. We allow bridal couples to supply some wine and charge $8.00 per bottle corkage. We supply all other beverages.

The Lauderdale chapel is available for marriage services or a couple may decide to have their ceremony
anywhere on the estate.
Panoramic views of the valley from the attractive character function venue provide a stunning backdrop
for the wedding reception.
Why not make your wedding celebration a two day affair. Celebrate the pomp and formality of your wedding
day knowing you will be able to catch up with everyone the following day in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Perhaps a barbeque lunch with afternoon cricket.

We can assist with all arrangements, including flowers, music, entertainment, transport, celebrants and accommodation.
